Who we are
Trash Can Clean is a residential trash bin cleaning service based at 689 E Blue Ridge Rd, Fresno, CA 93720. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and customers, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you sign up for service you provide your name, service address, email address, phone number and payment details.
- Service records. Your plan, cleaning schedule, visit history and any notes you send us.
- Contact records. Messages, emails and calls you send us, so we can respond and keep track of your request.
This website itself does not require an account and does not use advertising or analytics tracking. Signup and billing happen on our customer portal, which is operated for us by our scheduling and payment provider.
How we use your information
- To schedule, perform and confirm your bin cleanings
- To process payments and send receipts
- To send service messages, such as reminders the night before your clean and a note when we are finished
- To answer your questions and resolve problems
- To keep records required for tax and business purposes
Text messages
We send text messages only to customers who agreed to receive them during signup. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop service and marketing texts at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing us at trashcanclean16@gmail.com. Opting out of texts does not cancel your service; we will contact you by email instead.
Promotional emails include an unsubscribe link in every message. We will always send transactional messages — receipts, schedule changes and service notices — for as long as you are a customer.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate: our scheduling and customer portal provider, our payment processor, and our messaging provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Payment data
Card details are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and service records for as long as you are a customer and afterward only as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Your choices and California rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Children
Our service is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to customer records to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use our service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
